West led a low spade to East's king.  Declarer ducked at trick one, and won the spade continuation.  A diamond to the king lost to the ace, and East cleared the spades.

It appears that declarer can take an unlikely double finesse in clubs or risk the heart finesse.  Neither appealed so the 10C was led, but West followed low smoothly, declarer rose with king, cashed AC and JD before crossing back to hand with QD.  On exiting with the last spade, East was forced to win.  He could cash his last spade winner, but then had to concede the remaining tricks to dummy's A-Q and the 13th diamond.
