This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.
 

Note: In these answers we will follow a few shorthand conventions for describing user-interface procedures. Key combinations will be presented like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which means that you should press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key at the same time. Menu selections will be presented like this: File->Open, which means that you should open the File menu, and then make the Open selection.

NOTE: If you have installed the Macros from our download page enter
"
ALT" + "o" for overwrite.
If you have more than one section then "
F7" to switch sections
and "
ALT" + "a" for append. You can skip the rest of this section.
bulletEither enter "F8" or "LR" for the output format desired. FOR BOARDS Enter "TS" .
 

 

bulletUsing the up/down arrows select the third choice ASCII or TEXT file. Depress Enter.
 

 

bulletIf your file was created on this computer Just leave the defaults and depress the Enter key twice.  If your game file was created by this method on another computer and copied to a floppy then change the File location  line on this page to A:\

IF You Selected "TS" the filename will be BOARDS.TXT.

bulletHow do I upload a Game to my Website
bulletLogon to your Admin Page.
bulletEnter user name/password.
bulletClick on the Upload game link to display the upload form.
bulletFrom the dropdown menu choose your game location.
bulletSelect the Month and day.
bulletIf you have multiple games on the same day and at the same location, click on the "Include Time:" check box and select the time of day.  Otherwise do not select the check box.
bulletSelect all the Sections for your game.
bulletNOTE: If you installed the Macros from our download page. On the upload screen you no longer have to Browse for the files(an option).  Just type "\results.txt" and upload then click the back button and type "\boards.txt" and upload.  Remember you need to use the "\" before the name.  If the files are on a floppy then "A:\results.txt" and "A:\boards.txt" respectively.  Skip the rest of this section.

Click the Browse button and use the dropdown menu to go to your C: drive, select ACBLSCOR, select GAMEFILE. and click on the file "RESULTS.TXT" then click on Open. Or if your game is on a floppy go to your A:\ drive.

bulletPress the upload button and you should see that you were successful in file upload.

The Game Font Size is too Small
  The font the browser displays for AOL and explorer is controlled by the Internet explorer.  You can increase and decrease the font size by following the instructions below.
   
 
  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. From the View menu, click Text Size, and choose your font size.

You have successfully changed the default font size
